To work out and win, focus on what’s proven: lifting heavy weights. Fads like the pyramid system and slow-release exercises come and go, but heavy lifting builds real, lasting strength. Since 1994, I’ve stuck to lifting heavy, and it’s what’s kept me strong, I still lift the same weights as in my 20s. Forget the trends—heavy weights are the key to lasting results.
Pills and powders are a waste of cash. If there was a supplement or weight loss pill that truly worked, they wouldn’t be coming out with new versions every week. And if you read the ingredients, you’d probably avoid putting them in your body. I get all the sustenance I need from whole, unprocessed foods. Stick to real nutrition and save your money—supplements aren’t necessary for growth and strength.
Money is a great servant but a poor master. You need to know exactly what you earn, what your expenses are, and whether you’re paying things off as efficiently as possible. Unless you learn how to make money while you sleep, you’ll have to work forever. Have you considered a second income stream or thought about making money online? This can give you the freedom to change jobs or even quit once you master multiple sources of income. It’s time to take control of your financial future!
